Modspace is an adaptable concrete-cast form that can change function depending on its orientation.
Because the form was cast, we needed to think of the components in the negative.The simple formwork allows for mass construction of units to create winding forms such as this.With two put together vertically, there are many possible configurations for shelving.In an outdoor space, the units allow for flexible program from seating to presentations.Small-scale plaster cast models showing off the possibilities when positioned vertically.The full-scale form cast in ultra-high performance concrete in its vertical configuration.
